Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Important Disclaimers

  • Not a Consumer Reporting Agency: USACorp Intelligence is not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and the information we provide may not be used as a "consumer report."
  • Public Data Aggregation (OSINT): All data is aggregated from publicly available government registries and open sources.
  • No Financial Data: In the United States, revenues and financial statements of private corporations are not public record. Any figures presented as estimates are AI-generated algorithmic approximations and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data provided by this platform.

1. Acceptable Use

This service may be used for: business due diligence, compliance screening (KYC/KYB), competitive research, journalistic investigation of matters of public concern, and legal research. Prohibited uses include: using data to harass individuals, automated mass downloading, reselling raw data, or any use that violates applicable law.

2. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that information is current, complete, or error-free. Corporate registries update on their own schedules. AI-generated summaries are estimates based on available public data and may contain inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Do not rely solely on our data for critical business decisions.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI summaries are generated using large language models and are marked with metadata in our database. These summaries are algorithmic interpretations of public data, not statements of fact. USACorp is not liable for any claims of defamation arising from AI-generated summaries.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are locked for 15 minutes after 5 failed login attempts. Do not share your access token or any API key generated on your account — API keys are shown once at creation and cannot be recovered if lost, only revoked and replaced.

5. Subscriptions, Usage Limits & Renewal

  • Starter, Pro, and Business plans include 25, 100, and 250 company unlocks per month respectively. This limit is per account, counted from the 1st of the calendar month.
  • Unused unlocks do not carry over. Whatever portion of your monthly allowance goes unused expires at the end of that period — the next period always starts back at zero, never with a rollover balance.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew and are never re-billed automatically. Each paid period has a fixed, known end date from the moment it starts. Once it lapses, the account reverts to the Free plan until a new period is purchased and manually activated — there is no automatic continuation to opt out of, and no card is charged without a new, deliberate purchase.
  • You can downgrade to Free at any time from Account → Billing — this takes effect immediately and needs no confirmation beyond your own click. We do not currently store payment card details; until self-serve card billing ships, upgrades and renewals are processed manually, and this section will be updated with card-specific renewal and refund terms at that point.

6. Corporate Accounts

A subscription and its usage are tied to one individual login, tracked separately from every other account — including other accounts registered under the same company name. If an account is used on behalf of an organization, we can disable that specific account's subscription (reverting it to Free) on request from the organization or for a billing issue, without deleting its historical data or affecting any other login registered separately by the same organization. This platform does not currently support multiple logins sharing a single paid plan or quota; each person who needs access registers their own account.

7. Marketing Communications

We only send product announcement emails to accounts that opted in during registration or later in Account → Billing. Opting in is never required to use the service, and can be withdrawn at any time from the same settings panel.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
